Healthy Families & Parent Outreach

Healthy Families Clients:           Must be first-time, teenage mother (age 19 or younger).

                                                Must be enrolled pre-natally or within two weeks following

                                                baby’s birth.

Parent Outreach Clients:           Any pregnant or new mother whose baby is less than three

                                                months old.

Service Area:                            Memphis/Shelby County.

Fee:                                          There is no fee for either program due to support from

                                                Le Bonheur and the Tennessee Department of Health

                                                (Healthy Families) and the Tennessee Department of

                                                Children’s Services (Parent Outreach).

Referrals:                                  Accepted from any source, including self-referrals.
