Methodist Associates have the opportunity to take advantage of healthcare coverage through an Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO). The plan includes medical, prescription drug, dental and vision benefits, all deducted pre-tax.
Full-time and part-time Associates are eligible for coverage on the first day of the month following date of hire.
Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare’s FutureBuilder Retirement Program was designed to help you make the most of your future. FutureBuilder is a complete retirement program and includes an Automatic Account and a Retirement Savings Partnership Account with a 403(b)/401(k) feature.
Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare fully funds the Automatic Account, which provides a base benefit for all eligible Associates equal to 4 percent of your final average pay multiplied by your years of service.
The Retirement Savings Partnership Account works with the Automatic Account, allowing you to save and receive Methodist matching contributions of $1 for every $1 you contribute, up to 6 percent of pay.
Paid Time Off
Paid Time Off (PTO) allows Associates to accumulate days off based on the number of years as a Methodist Associate. Traditionally used as vacation, sick and holiday time, PTO, accrued bi-weekly, can be used for any absence.
