Virology Laboratory
Le Bonheur Children's and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center are partners in several areas, one of which is research. We are striving, through our research efforts in the Virology Laboratory, to discover new knowledge and better ways to deliver care to our patients. 

Our staff of highly skilled professionals provides laboratory services to the hospital and clinics. Our personnel work with you to facilitate specimen collection, handling and transport, to select the most appropriate test(s), to interpret test results and to provide diagnostic advice.

The Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital Public Quality Report shows the performance of our hospital on several nationally recognized quality indicators important to children’s healthcare.While measuring ourselves against national standards, we keep quarterly report cards to monitor our progress and improvements. Associates throughout our system focus on these goals to see where improvement is needed.
