The Le Bonheur Referral and Resource Center (LRRC) is available to assist physicians and their office staff with questions and provide them with specific information. Please call the LRRC for:
- Physician to physician consults with Le Bonheur medical staff members
- Physician to physician referrals and appointment scheduling
- Online appointments or appointments by fax request
- Patient referrals to sub-specialists and other clinical services
- Track patients and receive updates on patient's stay at Le Bonheur
- Send diagnostic test results to referring physicians and hospitals
- Buddy program to offer assistance in finding on-site appointments

Transfer Center

Le Bonheur's Transfer Center creates a centralized process for direct admissions, patient transports and transfers.  The Transfer Center facilitates and expedites the inpatient and emergency admission process to Le Bonheur.  Medical personnel staff the center 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week to answer physicians' calls.

PACES Online Referral Form
Patient Access to Care and Excellent Service (PACES) is a service offered to referring physicians provided by the LRRC. Physician offices can submit online physician information, patient data, insurance and treatment. After we receive your request, the LRRC will contact you by phone and fax an appointment confirmation to your office in 48 hours or less.

Physician offices may print this form to use for scheduling an outpatient test or procedure at Le Bonheur.
