Record high temperatures have people seeking relief at the pool. While it’s a lot of fun to have a pool at home, the homeowners have a huge responsibility to make the environment safe for kids. According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, 73 percent of drowning deaths happen in a home pool.
