WHO: Safe Kids Mid-South, headquartered at Le Bonheur Children's Medical Center, and part of an international campaign whose mission is to prevent accidental childhood injury - a leading killer of children

WHAT:  Safe Kids and Families FunFest

WHERE:  Bass Pro Shops at 6140 Macon Road in Memphis, TN 38134

WHEN:  April 26, 2008 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.

WHAT:  This olympic-style interactive FunFest will be fun and educational for the entire family ~ And thanks to our community partners, it's FREE ~ and so you won't want to miss it!

THE RISK: Accidents to children are frequent in summer months when school is out. We don’t want families to take a break from safety and Safe Kids Mid-South will show them how!

THE KEY:  Safe Kids will focus on car safety, fire safety, pedestrian safety, water safety, wheel safety and more!
