New Leaders Appointed at Le Bonheur Children's

Several individuals at Le Bonheur Children's Medical Center have assumed new leadership roles.

Paula Dycus, DNP, RN, CPHQ, CNAABC, has been named director of clinical programs and will be charged with helping the hospital work toward Magnet status. Paula comes to Le Bonheur from St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, where she spent the past five years serving as the standards and practice coordinator for patient care services.

Tom Matisko is Le Bonheur's new director of Facilities. Tom brings more than 30 years of health care Facilities Services management experience - including work at Children's Hospital of Michigan in Detroit.

Becky Sartini, RNC, was recently promoted to clinical director for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Special Care Unit. A 20-year Methodist Associate, Becky most recently served as patient care coordinator of the NICU.

Geri Skelley, is the hospital's new administrative director of Ambulatory Care. In her new role, she is responsible for Radiology, out-patient clinics, GI Lab and Urodynamics Lab. She will also serve as a liaison with the Alliance management team for the hospital's off-site Urgent Care Clinics. Geri has served as the director of Radiology since July 2005.

Elesia Turner has been named director of Risk Management and also serves as the hospital's clinical safety officer. She will serve as the risk manager for the hospital and will be responsible in addressing all clinical safety issues.

Laura Miller has been named director of business development and will assume responsibility for the hospital's business development and service line management.
