Demolition
- Demolition takes 20 weeks
- Approximately 27,000 cubic yards of building material will be hauled away from the site
- The Memphis Mental Health Institute buildings and plaza are approximately 362,000 square feet
- The site is 5.15 acres
- The wrecking ball used for the demolition ceremony weighs three tons
