Construction Timeline:

  • September 18 - 28, 2007 - MMHI removed state items from building
  • October 1, 2007 - Le Bonheur took possession of MMHI site and began hazardous material removal
  • November 8, 2007 - Demolition event to symbolize beginning of construction
  • February 14, 2008 - Groundbreaking, click here for more information
  • Summer 2010 - Grand Opening of new Le Bonheur
  • 2011 - Renovation of old facility and parking garage construction
