Every year, all Associates from across the system are surveyed and encouraged to provide feedback. The Associate Feedback Survey provides Associates with an anonymous outlet in which to share workplace concerns and suggestions for service and satisfaction improvements. In addition to the formal survey, open feedback is encouraged throughout the year.
One of our most successful feedback programs is our Associate Referral Bonus Program. Thanks to this program, we hired more than 600 Associates in 2005. The program encourages Associates to refer applicants with the ability, aptitude and attitude it takes to make great Methodist Associates. Our goal is to attract like-minded individuals who embrace and support Methodist's core values: Service, Quality, Integrity and Teamwork.
