Application Process

Applicants must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy. The applicant should be licensed in the state of Tennessee within the first month of the residency program.

The following information should be received by Friday, January 4, 2008.  (An extension may be available upon request)

  1. Letter of interest
  2. Curriculum Vitae
  3. Three letters of reference
  4. Transcripts from pharmacy school

Applicants invited for an on-site interview are asked to give a 20-30 minute presentation.
