There are many resources available to you during your stay at Le Bonheur Children's. From an pharmacy to YMCA availabilty, we want your experience at Le Bonheur Children's to feel as much like home as possible.
Pharmacy
Our outpatient pharmacy provides over-the-counter drugs and prescriptions and accepts most insurance plans. The pharmacy is open Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and is located on the ground floor of the Le Bonheur Physician Office Building, accessible from the hospital by taking the ground floor tunnel. Postal Services
Any mail that comes for your child will be delivered each afternoon, Monday through Friday. Family and friends can send mail to this address:

Our mailbox is located outside the main entrance on Dunlap Street. Mail received after your child returns home is forwarded to your home address.
Gift Shop
Gifts, toys, cards, candy, flowers, newspapers, balloons and other items are available in the gift shop located in the main lobby of the hospital's first floor. Cash and most major credit cards are accepted, and proceeds benefit Le Bonheur Children's.

Cashier
You may make a payment on your hospital bill by going to the cashier's window on the first floor of the Central Tower. With proper identification and a hospital wristband, parents can cash checks up to $20 per day.
As a convenience, our cashier will personally visit your room to collect the insurance deductible if you have one. Call (901) 287-6790 to set up an appointment. The cashier's office hours are Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
ATM Machines
There are three public ATMs, one next to the cafeteria, and two located next to the cashier's office. Refer to the map in this guide for locations.
Translation Services
Translators are available for patients and families who have trouble hearing or do not speak English. Please talk to your nurse or social worker for more information.
YMCA Membership
Any member of a patient's family may use the YMCA facility throughout their stay at Le Bonheur free of charge. You must show your hospital wristband and identification. The YMCA is located on the 4th Floor of the Physician Office Building.

Monday through Thursday: 6 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Friday: 6 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
Spiritual Care
Chaplains provide care and counseling to parents, children, family and friends, offering support, prayer and comfort. Available 24-hours a day, our chaplains can also provide the Upper Room, a daily devotional guide, upon request, and Bibles can be found in each room. The Le Bonheur Chapel is on the first floor near the Adams Street entrance and is open 24-hours a day, with services held there every Thursday at 2 p.m.
Internet Access
Le Bonheur offers free wireless Internet access for patients and families through GuestNet, available on inpatient floors. If your wireless device is properly configured, it will automatically detect GuestNet. Wireless networks are identified through their SSIC.
Once connected, you are prompted for a username and password.

CarePages
CarePages is a service for Le Bonheur patients that allows family and friends to stay in touch before, during and after a hospital stay. You can create and update a free, private and personalized Web page to share latest news and receive messages of support.
This is a fully secure, password protected and patient privacy regulated service. To access CarePages, click here. Help is available by contacting support@carepages.com or by calling 1-888-852-5521, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Parent Resource Center
The Parent Resource Center is located on the ground ? oor of the hospital and is available to parents of patients. Computers are provided for families to check and send e-mails or to research diagnosis and treatment options. There is also a private location for parents and families to use their own laptop computers. Hours are posted at the center.
