Critical Care Services at Le Bonheur
At Le Bonheur Children's Medical Center, neonatologists and pediatric intensivists work with a multidisciplinary team of physician specialists, critical care fellows, nurses and other support personnel to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for every critically ill child. From the tiniest newborn to a teenager, Le Bonheur is committed to providing the best critical care for all children.

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Le Bonheur Children’s Medical Center is a designated Level III C unit, providing comprehensive care to critically ill newborns within a family-centered environment.
Pedi-Flite
A pioneer in the field of pediatric medical transport, Le Bonheur Children's Medical Center has provided specialized transport care of critically ill and injured children for more than 30 years.
Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
The Le Bonheur Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) combines advanced technology with exceptional, personalized care. The unit is staffed 24-hours-a-day by pediatric intensivists and provides special technologies.
Transitional Care Unit
The Transitional Care Unit is designed for children who no longer require the concentrated attention of the ICU but are not yet ready to be placed in a private hospital room or released home.
