WANTED: CHANGE BANDITS

We want you to be a part of this year’s Change Bandit program! Change Bandits is a fundraiser held in conjunction with Le Bonheur Radiothons. Click on the city nearest you for additional radiothon information:

What is a Change Bandit?
Change Bandits are volunteers who collect their spare change from their co-workers, family and friends to give to Le Bonheur Children’s. This fund raiser works well for any community group, such as youth groups, Scout Troops, and community service organizations. In 2007, Change Bandits across the Mid-South raised almost $40,000 for the hospital, and with your help we are aiming even higher this year! The Change Bandit program is a fun and easy way for your organization to get involved with supporting Le Bonheur’s effort to provide the best possible pediatric care to the children of our community. Your members will have great time racking up change and helping the kids at Le Bonheur! Scurry around your building, campus or neighborhood asking colleagues and friends to clean out the change in their desk drawers, pockets and purses. Bandit will accept coins, cash, credit and checks made payable to Le Bonheur Foundation.

What exactly do we have to do?

• Once your group is register with us, Le Bonheur will send out Change Bandit information packets with everything you will need for the program - posters, stickers, collection bag, etc.
• Start scurrying around racking up all the spare change you can find! You may also ask for donations before and after your community's radiothon dates.
• Once a person makes a donation, “brand” them with an “I Support Le Bonheur” sticker.
  
• Set a goal! We recommend that you aim to raise at least $100
  
• Donations can be dropped off during the Radiothon or mailed to the Foundation. All details regarding donations will be included with your information packet.
