For physicians, Methodist Healthcare offers accredited continuing medical education on a wide variety of subjects. These programs are designed to enhance the performance of physicians in all disciplines. Methodist Healthcare also offers continuing medical education classes throughout the year for nurses. Nursing educational programs are available through the unique partnership with the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) College of Nursing. Students can enter the program at different points in the curriculum to best support their individual career paths.
