Pediatric Pharmacy Residency Program

In 1976, the University of Tennessee Health Science Center partnered to createa pediatric pharmacy residency, making this one of the oldest pediatric residency programs in the country. Since that time more than 100 individuals completed their post-doctoral training in this program.

UT's College of Pharmacy has a national reputation as an excellent pharmacy school and was recently ranked as one of the top 20 phamacy schools in the country by U.S. News & World Report. The College also boasts the largest number of faculty members who have attained Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties certification of any College of Pharmacy nationwide.

Pharmacy Grand Rounds occur monthly as a joint venture among the campuses across the state. Videoconferencing allows participation from multiple sites.
