Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital has the only Level IV NICU in the region.
Our soon-to-open 72-bed NICU cares for the smallest, most complex babies – with average stays of three months to a year or more. Our NICU also includes a small baby unit.
Our NICU is a collaborative and inclusive team that works together to help improve the lives of each patient that enters the NICU.

Le Bonheur’s Heart Institute is nationally recognized as a top pediatric cardiology and heart surgery program. We care for patients with congenital heart defects like y –heart failure and arrhythmias – and acquired heart disease from before birth to adulthood.
Le Bonheur also has a thriving heart transplant program that performs around 10 heart transplants a year.
Le Bonheur is currently expanding its Heart Institute and Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). As a CVICU nurse, you will work with some of the country’s best critical care nurses and cardiologist in a critical care or step-down environment.
