Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital and the University of Tennessee (UT) Health Science Center are seeking full-time pediatric anesthesiologists to join a growing team at an American College of Surgeons Level 1 Verified Children’s Surgery Center. This is a unique opportunity to work at a freestanding children’s hospital at a leading institution with a prestigious academic affiliation.
Position Overview
Pediatric anesthesiologists at Le Bonheur work 18 shifts per month (10-hour shifts) and is lifestyle practice friendly. Successful candidates must be eligible/board certified (BE/BC) in Pediatric Anesthesiology with an MD or equivalent.
Duties:
- Direct patient care
- Teaching and supervision of nurse anesthetists and residents
- Opportunities for clinical and basic science research
