Le Bonheur Children’s Heart Institute Team to Present at 2022 PDA Symposium in Anaheim, California

What:

In partnership with the Aug. 3 - 6 NeoHeart Society meeting at Disneyland in Anaheim, Calif., the 2022 PDA Symposium will bring experts from around the world to discuss the latest information on the management of Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA) in premature infants.

This multispecialty symposium encompasses state-of-the-art practices on how to keep the PDA open and how to close the PDA in newborn infants. Special focus will be on transcatheter PDA closure in extremely low birth weight infants.

During the PDA Symposium, experts across disciplines will develop a PDA consensus statement. Attendees will be a part of the process to develop these guidelines for management of PDA.
