Online Appointment Request - MLH EpicCare Link
On Dec. 31, all Le Bonheur electronic referrals will move exclusively to MLH EpicCare Link, and the current patient referral form will close. Until you have access to EpicCare Link, continue to use the existing referral form at this link.
MLH EpicCare Link securely connects nurses, care teams, managers and providers, such as referring physicians, to a secure web portal that provides the information you need to help manage your patient's care.
