At Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, our care for children goes beyond the four walls of the hospital. We are deeply invested in improving the lives of families and the community. Health care is constantly evolving and so are the needs of the kids we treat. To be prepared to address whatever comes our way from now through 2030, we have embarked on our strategic plan called “ELEVATE.”

We are committed to each pillar of ELEVATE: improving access to care, innovating community care, providing clinical excellence, advancing research and education, and being the best place to work. In this issue, you’ll read about the steps we are taking to make the goals of ELEVATE a reality and the ways this strategic plan will make a tangible difference for children and families.

At Le Bonheur, every Associate and provider who walks through our doors is valued, supported and encouraged, while every child has access to the care they need to thrive, regardless of their ability to pay.
